64 rooms and suites. Penthouse suites: Eight (8) bi-level two or three bedroom penthouse suites with private balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Spacious 2,000 square feet of living space with spiral staircase, cathedral ceilings, fully equipped kitchen; refrigerator, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, toaster, washer and dryer. Two or three bedrooms with two baths and double sleeper sofa in living room. One-bedroom suites: Twenty-four (24) one-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchen, bath, private balcony, king or two (2) double-bedded room and queen size sleeper in living room. Guest rooms: Thirty-two (32) tropically appointed guest rooms with queen size bed, private bath, iron & board, coffee maker, cable TV and HBO.
