TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AirTran Giveaway -- Three nights four days at any participating hotel / resort with standard accomodations based on available inventory. Included is round trip direct airfare for two adults from any domestic airport AirTran Airways services to the nearest similiarly serviced airport closest to the hotel or resort available as chosen by the winner.

“Giveaway” is sponsored by Ocean Properties Ltd., (“Sponsor”).

Total value of round trip flight voucher(s) not to exceed $500 per Adult (inclusive of all fee's) for two adults purchased by USTraveline Travel Agency("Agent"), contest prize redeemable (bookable) till January 30th 2009 (exclusive of date) to be consumed by December 31st 2009. Winner will be notified by email January 2nd 2009. Should the winner not accept the "Giveaway" within 72 hours of notification another winner will be drawn under the same guidlines until a winner is confirmed.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. & D.C., 21 and older at the time of entry. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply; void where prohibited. NO ENTRY FEE, PAYMENT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED; A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Employees of Sponsor and its members, affiliates and all others who participated in the development, evolvement and execution of this Sweepstakes and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to participate or win.
